Anderson Valley

Located approximately 100 miles north of San Francisco, Anderson Valley is settled in the hills of the coastal region of Mendocino County. Known in the old days for its redwood timber and lumber mills, as well as apple farming, the Anderson Valley has become a prominent wine growing region, producing some of the world’s greatest Pinot Noir and Sparkling wines. Due to the predominant coastal influences in this region, Anderson Valley is primarily known for its cool climate and foggy mornings, making it the perfect growing region for varietals like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
